Welcome to the "Naqsh" application. We take your privacy and security seriously. This document constitutes a binding legal contract between you (as the "User") and the Naqsh application (as the "Company" or "Service Provider"). Please read the following terms very carefully, as your use of the Application or its services, including Artificial Intelligence tools, constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to all terms set forth below.

Part I: Comprehensive Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This policy accurately explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your data.

1. Data We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following information:

• Identity Information: Full name and gender.
• Contact Data: Phone number, email address, and detailed shipping address.
• User-Generated Content: Photos, designs, and files manually uploaded by the user.
• AI-Generated Images: The final images created via our tools and saved in your orders.
• Technical Data: Device type, operating system, IP address, and Crash Logs to improve performance.

2. AI Tools Privacy Policy (Very Important)

We offer advanced features based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). To ensure transparency, we clarify the data handling policy in this context:

A. Smart Assistant (AI Chatbot):

Chat Confidentiality: We categorically confirm that we have no access to, nor do we store or review, the text of chats you have with the Smart Assistant (Chatbot). These conversations are processed automatically for the purpose of assisting you in real-time and are not viewed by our administration.

B. Image Generation (AI Image Generation):

Prompt Confidentiality: We do not have access to or view the text prompts or written descriptions you enter to generate images. The privacy of your written ideas is fully preserved.

Access to Generated Images: Although we do not view the "Text," we possess full rights of access and total viewing of the "Final Images" created via the Application. This is for the purpose of order processing, printing, and content moderation to ensure compliance with our ethical and legal standards.

3. Storage and Management of Images and Designs

• Uploaded or AI-generated images are saved for execution, printing, and quality control purposes.
• Images are automatically deleted from our active servers after a maximum period of 30 days from the date of order delivery and confirmation, unless there is a legal dispute requiring their retention.
• We do not use your personal photos or designs for any marketing or advertising purposes, or to train Artificial Intelligence models, without your express written permission.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• No Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade user data with any third party.
• Service Providers: We may share the minimum necessary data with logistics partners (delivery companies) to fulfill your order.
• Legal Compliance: We will disclose your data if required to do so by applicable law, a court order, an official government request, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

5. Security and Information Protection

We use advanced encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect data during transmission and rely on servers secured to global standards.

Despite taking all security measures, absolute security cannot be guaranteed over the Internet. The user acknowledges their responsibility to protect their own login credentials.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use Cookies and similar technologies to improve the user experience, analyze performance, and remember your preferences.

7. User Rights

• You have the right to request a copy of your data, correct it, or permanently delete your account by contacting Technical Support.
• In the event of a data deletion request, we may retain certain information for a specific period for legal or accounting purposes (such as invoices for previous orders).
