Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Naqsh app and website handle information when you create an account, design a product, use AI features, or place an order. We use information to provide the service and do not sell personal information for advertising.

1. Information we collect

• Account and contact: phone number, name, and optional email address.
• Orders and delivery: products, prices, order history, recipient name, contact numbers, area, city, address, and building details.
• Content: images, text, designs, image-generation prompts, and results you choose to save or print.
• Limited operational data: IP address, device or browser type, and error events needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and verify accounts, manage sessions, display and save designs and favorites, fulfill printing and delivery orders, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

3. Artificial intelligence features

When you use the assistant or image generation, the prompt, description, or image needed for that request is sent to an AI service provider for processing. Do not submit content you are not entitled to share, and review every result before saving it or ordering a print.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We may share only what is necessary with hosting and storage providers, SMS providers for verification and order updates, the AI provider when you use an AI feature, delivery companies for order fulfillment, and competent authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

5. Retention and account deletion

We keep account data while the account is active and retain files and orders as needed to provide the service and meet operational, accounting, and legal requirements. You can delete your account in Profile → Delete account. This removes the account, cart, and linked saved designs and ends active sessions. We may retain an order record, separated from the login account, where needed for fulfillment, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations.

6. Security and tracking

We use HTTPS, store the app session token in protected system storage, and take reasonable safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Naqsh does not use your data for cross-app advertising tracking.

7. Your choices and rights

You can review and correct profile information or delete your account in the app. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@naqshpal.com.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The latest version and date will be posted here, and renewed consent will be requested where required.
