Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Naqsh app, website, and custom product design and printing services. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Designs and content

You are responsible for images, text, and designs you upload or select and for having the right to use and print them. Illegal content, hate or violence, sexually explicit content, and violations of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights are prohibited. Naqsh may reject or cancel content that violates these standards and will explain the reason where practicable.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your phone. You are responsible for control of your number and device and must not share the verification code. We may temporarily suspend or close an account for a legitimate reason such as abuse or a material breach of these terms. You can permanently delete your account from Profile in the app.

3. Orders, returns, and replacements

Custom products are made using the design and options you approve. Where permitted by law, a change-of-mind return is not available after production begins. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or a material printing error caused by us, contact support promptly with a clear photo and order number so we can arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. Errors in text, size, color, placement, or phone model approved in the preview are not manufacturing defects.

4. Shipping and delivery

Displayed delivery times are estimates and can vary by product, area, demand, and circumstances outside reasonable control. You must provide accurate contact and address details. We may contact you to confirm an order or location.

5. Preview, color, and AI

• The preview is an approximation. Printed colors may reasonably vary because of the screen, material, and ink.
• Review text, placement, crop, phone model, size, and color before confirming the order.
• AI results may be inaccurate or unexpected and must be reviewed before use.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload and give Naqsh a limited, non-exclusive license to use it only to provide the service and fulfill your order. Rights in the app, Naqsh brand, and Naqsh original materials remain with their owners.

7. Payment

The current payment method is cash on delivery unless another option is clearly shown. Additional confirmation or rejection of later orders may occur after repeated uncollected orders or indicators of abuse, subject to applicable law and user rights.

8. Liability

These terms do not exclude any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent allowed by law, Naqsh is responsible only for reasonably foreseeable direct loss connected to the order in dispute.

9. Changes, contact, and governing law

We may update these terms, post the latest date, and request renewed acceptance where required. Contact support@naqshpal.com for support or an order dispute. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Palestine while preserving mandatory consumer rights.
